Tim Harmon Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Mr. Harmon oversees all aspect of business operations and property development for the company including selecting sites and overseeing design of new Solage properties. The Solage brand, developed by the team behind Auberge Resorts, departs from the Auberge model of timeless romantic retreats to offer a contemporary, design-focused culture that is more approachable in style and experience.

Mr. Harmon brings a formidable level of hotel and restaurant industry experience and expertise to Solage Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Harmon also serves as CEO for Moana Hotel & Restaurant Group, an affiliated company that owns and manages more than 20 restaurants including several branded divisions and a variety of independent ventures. Moana's flagship businesses include Piatti Ristorante, a collection of 12 casual Italian trattorias; Paragon Restaurant & Bar, three lively American brasserie style restaurants; and several independent properties such as the charming El Dorado Hotel and El Dorado Kitchen in Sonoma; the acclaimed restaurant Redd in the Napa Valley; the tropical Plantation Gardens Restaurant & Bar on the Hawaiian island of Kauai; and its most recent restaurant, Hacienda Cocina y Cantina in Cabos San Lucas, Mexico.

Prior to founding Moana Restaurant Group, Mr. Harmon served as Director of Business Development for Auberge Resorts where he handled acquisitions and development of new resort properties. Mr. Harmon remains a principal and director of the company. Before starting a career in the hospitality business, Mr. Harmon practiced law for nearly eight years, specializing in real estate and business transactions. Mr. Harmon is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the Hastings College of Law in San Francisco.

Robert Watson President

As President, Mr. Watson oversees business development, branding and property operations. Mr. Watson executed a number of resort development projects that eventually became part of the Solage Hotels & Resorts family, inspiring his joining the company.

Mr. Watson brings a uniquely diverse hospitality background and skill set to Solage that encompasses operations, development and branding. Most recently, Mr. Watson served as CEO for BOND HD, a hotel development and asset management company he founded in 2005. During the past five years, BOND was involved with numerous high profile projects including Tower23 Hotel in San Diego; The Harmon at City Center, Las Vegas; the first Edition branded hotel in Honolulu, a joint venture between Marriott and Ian Schrager; and 21C Museum Hotel in Louisville, voted #1 U.S. Hotel in 2009 by Conde Nast Traveler.

Mr. Watson is recognized as a key player in the creation and operation of both the Hotel Monaco brand with Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group and W Hotels, with Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Watson served as Regional Director of Brand Operations for W Hotels' western U.S. properties. Mr. Watson joined W Hotels at its inception, and was instrumental in the brand's successful evolution while holding numerous General Manager positions prior to his regional appointment. Before W, Mr. Watson worked with Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group for five years, during which time he opened the first Hotel Monaco and was part of the brand's impressive development and expansion. Robert began his hotel and restaurant career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Mr. Watson completed his undergraduate studies at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, California; received a Masters Degree in International Hotel Management from Schiller International University in London, England; and was awarded an Executive Diploma in Hotel Finance and Development from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.

Richard Hill Vice President of Operations, General Manager of Solage

Richard Hill, General Manager, Solage Calistoga oversees the operations of all aspects of the property. Richard's tenure with Solage Hotels & Resorts began as the opening General Manager of Solage Calistoga, where he was instrumental in the successful launch of the brand and it's flagship resort. Under his leadership Solage, in it's second year of operation, has garnered such prestigious accolades as; Conde Nast Traveler Hot List; Travel and Leisure Reader's Choice award, #11 Resort, North America; Travel and Leisure Reader's Choice award #2 Spa, North America; and the Michelin Star award for Solbar Restaurant.

Richard joined Solage Calistoga after working for Auberge Resorts for more than five years, prior to that he worked for several well-respected luxury resorts throughout the U.S. He received a degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.

Paul Guccini Chief Financial Officer

Paul Guccini directs Solage's financial, accounting and IT disciplines. Mr Guccini brings more than twenty years of executive financial experience in the hospitality industry with particular expertise in start-up and high-growth environments.

Most recently, Mr. Guccini served as CFO for BOND HD, a hotel development and asset management company located in San Diego, CA. Previously, Mr. Guccini served as VP and Regional Director of Finance for Interstate Hotels & Resorts. During his tenure, Mr. Guccini oversaw a 23 property hotel portfolio owned by Goldman Sachs and well as other multi-brand portfolios. Before Interstate, Mr. Guccini was an Area Controller for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, overseeing the W New York, W Court and W Tuscany hotels in Manhattan.

Mr. Guccini began his career in hospitality financial management with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in 1991, after ten years in various hotel and restaurant operating roles. Mr Guccini served as Controller and later as Area Controller for Wyndham International in Los Angeles, New York and Boston. Guccini is a graduate of the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston.

Vittal Calamur Director of Transitions
and New Openings

At Solage, Vittal Calamur is responsible for pre-opening transition and operations of all new Solage properties.

Mr. Calamur has been instrumental in the operational development and launch of numerous hotels, including The Keating, the first ever hotel designed by Pininfarina, world renown designers of Ferrari and Maserati; the successful creation and opening of Tower23 Hotel, located on the Pacific Beach boardwalk in San Diego and a 2006 Conde Nast Hot List Hotels Worldwide recipient; the JAMES Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona; and Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach, California, listed as the 2003 "Best of the Best Resorts" by Robb Report Magazine and also awarded the 2003 "Best New Hotel/Resort Discovery" by Gallivanter's Guide newsletter Prior to Montage, Mr. Calamur played a key role in growing the W Hotel brand from two to eighteen hotels, including working on the openings of W San Francisco, W Silicon Valley, W Chicago Lakeshore, W New York Times Square and W San Diego.

Mr. Calamur obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in The School of Hospitality Business from Michigan State University. He began his career working in all areas of operations at the Westin Renaissance Center in Detroit and the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco.

Karen Ray Director of Spa Solage

Karen Ray joined Solage Calistoga in January 2008 and has garnered many awards for Spa Solage since her start with the company; including Travel & Leisure Readers Choice Award; #2 of 25 Hotel Spas, North America; Conde Nast Hot List for Spa's; Spa Magazine's Reader's choice for Favorite New U.S. Spa and Favorite Eco/Green Spa; North Bay Business Journal, Best Resort Spa. Karen joins Solage Calistoga after working with Auberge Resorts for 6 years. Previous to this role she worked as the General Manager of the Berkeley City Club and Hotel and as the General Manager of the Spa at Osmosis Enzyme Bath and Massage. She earned her degree from San Francisco State University.

Brandon Sharp Executive Chef & Director
of Food and Beverage

During Brandon's tenure as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director at Solage Calistoga, Solbar has won numerous accolades, including one star from the Michelin Guide. Chef Sharp joined Solage from some of the nation's great restaurants including Gary Danko in San Francisco, Restaurant August in New Orleans, and The French Laundry in Napa Valley. He received his formal education at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and his Bachelor Degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Tim Farrell Director of Finance
and Accounting

Opening Solage Calistoga in the position of Director of Finance & Accounting, Tim Farrell brought with him his 22 years of experience in the finance discipline. He has held finance positions in a variety of operational, corporate and consulting environments including such names as Richfield/Aircoa; Destination Hotels & Resorts, Dow Hotel Company and Independent Consulting with Hotels AB, Wyndham International, and the Leider Group, an Asset Management Group in San Francisco. He is responsible for the fiscal management of the properties within the group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University.
